XENOM London takes place at Olympia London, one of the UK's most iconic event venues, located in West London and easily accessible by public transport, taxi, and car.
The XENOM Arena will transform Olympia into the home of the Decathlon of Fitness, bringing together athletes from around the world for two days of competition.
Wayfinding signage will be in place throughout the venue beginning Friday afternoon. Follow signs to Athlete Check-in or Spectator Entrance upon arrival.

Getting Here
Traveling to the UK
We're excited to welcome athletes from around the world to XENOM London.
Passport
All international travelers must have a valid passport. We recommend ensuring your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your planned travel dates.
UK Entry Requirements
Entry requirements vary depending on your nationality. Please check the latest UK Government guidance before traveling and ensure you have any required visas or travel authorizations before departure.
Currency
The local currency is the British Pound Sterling (£ GBP). Most restaurants, hotels, taxis, and retailers accept contactless payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards. Cash is generally not required.
Electrical Power
The UK uses Type G electrical outlets (230V / 50Hz). International visitors should bring an appropriate power adapter for charging phones, laptops, and recovery devices.
Getting Around London
London has one of the world's best public transportation systems and is the easiest way to travel to Olympia.

We recommend downloading the TfL Go or Citymapper app before arriving. A detailed venue access map will be shared with registered athletes before competition weekend.
How to Get to London Olympia
Olympia is located in West London and is best reached by public transport.
By Underground & Overground
Kensington (Olympia)
Mildmay line (Overground) and limited District line service. The station is directly opposite the venue.
West Kensington
District line. 10-minute walk.
Barons Court
District and Piccadilly lines. 12-minute walk.
Hammersmith
District, Piccadilly, and Circle lines. 15-minute walk or short bus ride.
Shepherd's Bush
Central line and Overground. 15-minute walk.
By Bus
Multiple TfL bus routes stop on Hammersmith Road, directly outside the venue.
By Taxi & Rideshare
Uber, Bolt, and Black Cabs all serve Olympia. Set your drop-off point to Hammersmith Road (W14 8UX).
By Car
Parking at Olympia is limited and must be pre-booked. We strongly recommend public transport. Note that Olympia sits within the ULEZ zone. Check your vehicle's compliance before driving.
Please Note: Notting Hill Carnival
Notting Hill Carnival takes place on Sunday, August 30 and Monday, August 31 — overlapping with Competition Day 2. Olympia sits outside the Carnival footprint and the stations listed above remain open. However, expect the following on Sunday:
- Ladbroke Grove station will be closed. Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park, and Royal Oak will have entry restrictions, with Circle and District line trains not stopping at Notting Hill Gate during the day.
- Shepherd's Bush will be open but extremely busy with Carnival crowds. Use West Kensington, Barons Court, or Kensington (Olympia) instead.
- Roads across Notting Hill and Bayswater will be closed, with bus diversions and heavy traffic across West London. If traveling by taxi, approach from the south or west and allow an extra 20–30 minutes.
Plan your route in advance and check the TfL website before you travel on Sunday.

Bring your crew. All spectators, including family members, will need to buy a general admission ticket which can be purchased via our Spectator Tickets link.

Athlete Check-In
Athlete check-in is mandatory and will take place in the Olympia Room Lower Level between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, August 28 (the day before competition).

What to Bring
- Valid photo ID
Athlete Credential
Your athlete wristband gives you access to the venue, athlete-only areas, and general seating. Please bring your wristband with you at all times.
Athletes found passing their wristband to someone else will be disqualified. Lost wristbands cannot be replaced.
Bag Policy & Security
Search and scan will be in place for all athlete bags.
All guests should allow extra time for security screening upon arrival. Olympia London operates 24-hour venue security, and all bags are subject to search. Security screening may include search wands or search dogs. To help speed up entry, we recommend bringing only essential items.
Please remain aware of your belongings throughout the weekend and report any suspicious activity or unattended items to venue security or event staff immediately.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the venue:
- Flammable liquids in any container
- Any liquids of more than 100 ml* (small perfume bottles under 100 ml are permitted)
- Masks and helmets
- Glass, cans, aluminium bottles or thermoses of any kind
- Cushions
- Laser pens/pointers
- Large/golf umbrellas
- Knives or weapons of any kind (constructed or adapted articles)
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Alcoholic beverages
- Large studs and chains
- Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays
- Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace, pepper spray, etc.) — small travel size under 100 ml are permitted
- Any concealed or wrapped packages of which the contents cannot be examined
- Air horns, megaphones, or other amplified noisemakers
- Merchandise for unauthorized sale
- Drones
- Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or offensive by venue security
Food & Beverage
Athletes are welcome to bring in their own food and hydration needs for competition. There are no restrictions on athletes entering the venue with food or beverage but these must be consumed within the Athlete Areas. Athletes are responsible for their own meals. Please plan for the full duration of competition each day.
Athletes
Bring your own food and beverages. Water will be provided. Microwaves are available in the athlete concourse.
Spectators
Concessions are available inside the venue for purchasing food and drink.
Athlete Services
Complimentary athlete recovery services will be provided on-site. Athletes are not permitted to bring their own medical professionals (physical therapists, chiropractors, etc.) into the warm-up pit or athlete areas.
Support crew will need a spectator ticket and should plan to bring their own equipment. There is no space to store athlete services support equipment inside the venue.

How Does the Weekend Work?
XENOM is a two-day event. XENOM London 2026 competition days are Saturday August 29 and Sunday August 30, 2026, with athlete check-in on Friday August 28 and late check-in on the morning of Saturday August 29.
