Senior Operations & Logistics Manager

Lead US-based event execution and logistics. Responsible for translating the global XENOM operating model into precise, repeatable delivery across US cities. Own freight, equipment movement, venue coordination, build schedules and on-site logistics command.

• —Lead operational execution for all US-based XENOM events from planning through teardown
• —Implement global SOPs within US venues while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• —Own domestic freight planning, carrier selection and transport scheduling
• —Manage inventory tracking, asset control and storage across US warehousing locations
• —Coordinate with venue operations teams on load-in, build timelines and floor implementation
• —Develop detailed production schedules and critical paths for US events
• —Lead operational risk assessments and ensure compliance with local safety standards
• —Track US operational budgets and report variances to global leadership

• —Senior operations or logistics experience within live sports, large-scale events or touring productions in the US
• —Direct experience managing freight, transport scheduling and multi-city asset movement
• —Proven ability to manage venue relationships and third-party production partners
• —Experience operating within high-pressure live environments with strict timelines

• —Structured, detail-oriented and execution-focused
• —Strong situational leadership in live operational environments
• —High accountability and low tolerance for operational inconsistency
• —Willing and able to travel extensively across US event locations
