Responsibilities
- —Design and execute XENOM's global sponsorship strategy across title, presenting and category partnerships
- —Define rights structures, inventory frameworks and commercial packaging models
- —Identify and secure long-term partnerships across equipment, apparel, nutrition, technology and media
- —Lead negotiations across term sheets, sponsorship agreements and commercial contracts
- —Support city launches through local commercial partnerships and enterprise relationships
- —Coordinate with marketing, operations and sport leadership on partner deliverables
- —Develop multi-year partnership pipelines and renewal strategies
Experience & Background
- —Senior experience in sponsorship sales, business development or commercial leadership within sport or live events
- —Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure commercial partnerships
- —Strong experience structuring complex, multi-market agreements
- —Experience operating within international expansion environments
