Overview

Own commercial growth across sponsorship, strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships. Build durable revenue streams without compromising sporting integrity or brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute XENOM's global sponsorship strategy across title, presenting and category partnerships
  • Define rights structures, inventory frameworks and commercial packaging models
  • Identify and secure long-term partnerships across equipment, apparel, nutrition, technology and media
  • Lead negotiations across term sheets, sponsorship agreements and commercial contracts
  • Support city launches through local commercial partnerships and enterprise relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations and sport leadership on partner deliverables
  • Develop multi-year partnership pipelines and renewal strategies

Experience & Background

  • Senior experience in sponsorship sales, business development or commercial leadership within sport or live events
  • Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure commercial partnerships
  • Strong experience structuring complex, multi-market agreements
  • Experience operating within international expansion environments

  • Commercially disciplined and negotiation-oriented
  • Strong judgment in protecting long-term brand equity over short-term revenue
  • Confident engaging C-suite stakeholders and global brand leaders
