Local Marketing Representative — Texas

Be the face of XENOM™ in Texas. Run local community marketing campaigns, gym activations and grassroots engagement across Dallas, Austin and Houston. Build community, drive impact and help grow XENOM™'s presence on the ground.

• —Plan and execute in-person marketing activations at CrossFit® affiliates and fitness venues across your city
• —Build and maintain relationships with local gym owners, coaches and fitness communities
• —Represent the XENOM™ brand at local fitness events, competitions and community gatherings
• —Distribute marketing materials and drive awareness of upcoming XENOM™ events
• —Capture photo and video content from activations to support social media and marketing channels
• —Gather feedback from athletes and community members to inform marketing strategy
• —Track activation metrics and report on community engagement and outreach results

• —Active involvement in the CrossFit® or functional fitness community as a coach, athlete or community member
• —Experience organizing or contributing to local fitness events or community initiatives
• —Comfortable speaking publicly and representing a brand in person
• —Familiarity with the fitness landscape in Dallas, Austin or Houston

• —Passionate about CrossFit® and functional fitness culture
• —Thrives in community environments and naturally builds connections
• —Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in your local market
• —Energetic, reliable and enthusiastic about representing a new global sport
• —Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to lead in-person marketing sessions
